The product must have been purchased directly from the Orka Design online store.
The refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.

Please note: Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable, as they are crafted specifically to your chosen specifications. If you believe your bespoke item is defective or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to assess the issue.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details or photos if needed.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return reference.

When we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund.

Return Fees

As we work with an external delivery partner, return costs vary depending on the size of your item.

We will confirm any applicable return fees prior to processing your return; a charge of approximately 10% of the item’s value may apply to cover return handling costs.

These fees will be deducted from your refund unless you choose to exchange your item.

Once your return is received and approved:

We’ll issue a refund for the full product price, excluding original shipping or handling fees.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
